N. Kunzru on 7<sup>th<\/sup> November 1950. It is affiliated to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. The mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people in achieving their physical, intellectual, emotional, social potential as individuals and as responsible citizens.<\/p><p>The AIPMHS has been part of the Scouts and Guides since 2002.
